A beautiful sunny day with very low humidity - another one of those days that call for open windows.

After doing my regular morning routine I decided to go out for a while. I first went to the bank and then looked around Pier 1 Imports. I'm looking for some square dishes. They had some but nothing really hit me. I'd like a heavy pottery type with red and blue in it. It was nice being out driving my car around on such a nice day - I took the long way home.

I sat on the porch a while and did a little knitting while waiting for Kenny to come home from work.

After supper we stopped in at Kohl's to look at their square dishes. They had some nice ones that I like but I didn't buy any. I'm going to wait for them to go on sale. The dishes are blue and red and have some yellow in them too. In the meantime I'll keep looking for more square dishes. While there I saw that they had jeans on sale so I bought a couple pair of skinny jeans.
We also went in Barnes and Noble to look around - we just looked and didn't buy anything.

The shopping center was just down the road from our town house so we just happened to drive by it again. I took this picture of our empty lot. It may still be empty, but the blue bathroom is gone, they have started leveling out the land and there are some little flags there marking where the gas and electric lines are. Looks like they are getting ready to start digging.
We watched the last Dexter on the first DVD and had ice cream for our snack. I did a little knitting as usual.

Didn't do all that much today but it was a pleasant day and I enjoyed it.
Hope you enjoyed yours too. :-)

I would be so impatient if I knew that I had a new home being built. I'm not very good at being a patient waiter. How can you stand it other than the fact that you are in a nice home now.

Hope that once they really get going, that your townhouse goes up fast. I'm sure that it will. Then you won't be able to keep up with the documentation!

"Skinny jeans"? But of course, you peanut you!

If there's ever a day that you don't enjoy, I'm going to keel over!
